Previous recruitment experience is not essential; indeed some of our most successful consultants have been part or fully qualified surveyors or worked in media sales, graduate training schemes and estate agency. Working in a commission based environment you will have uncapped earning potential. Our in-house training and structured external courses enable you to learn both on the job from those who have worked in the sector for a number of years and from leading industry trainers and coaches.
